MINI. NOT NORMAL.

Sometimes things are neat, even cool, but MINI’s latest option will blow your mind away.

Imagine creating your own moving marketing vehicle custom-designed with 48,000 LED lights!

Woah… let that sink in. Mind-blowing ‘eh? The light up car, MINI Art Beat, is in synch with the brands “NOT NORMAL” vibe that they are connecting to this new vehicle.

As part of the MINI celebration of everything NOT NORMAL, we salute those who defy expectation, chart their own path and lead by example as inspiring pioneers.

You will most certainly lead the way in a car like this. In the video promo you can see exactly what I’m talking about.

Not only is the MINI Art Beat unique, but it’s social too. MINI aficionados can connect with the brand in some really cool ways.

First, the MINI has its own blog. There you can see videos, read featured posts about some of their “NOT NORMALISTS” like Karina Oliani and Bartek Elsner, and connect directly to their dedicated facebook page.

This leads me to my second point – on the facebook page, “MINIACS” have the ability to create their own, customized MINI Art Beat. All you have to do is take a photo of yourself, then choose some of the already populated art designs, put some tunes to it, add your own personal message, and then you are ready to go live. You have the option of even uploading it to youtube. Love it! They provide all types of engagement that enable visitors to feel part of the MINI brand.

MINI Mates can even share MINI Moments.

How it works:

  1. Capture your favorite MINI Moments.
  2. Share them in the MINI Moments Facebook or iPhone app.
  3. Watch your photo go to the top of the live feed and grow in likes!

OK, now what if you’re a brand? How can a brand utilize this NOT NORMAL car in a full blown public relations campaign?
